What Organize Pages does
Organize Pages shows every page of a PDF as a thumbnail so you can drag them into a new order and remove the ones you do not want, then rebuild the document.
Reordering pages by number is guesswork; reordering them by sight is obvious. This tool renders every page as a real thumbnail so you can see what you are moving — which matters when a document is scanned, in a language you do not read, or simply long.
Dragging and deleting are the same underlying operation here: the tool records which original pages you kept and in what order, then rebuilds the document from exactly that list. So you can move a page to the front, drop two from the middle and reverse a section, all before committing to a single download.
How to use Organize Pages
Upload the PDF
Drop in your file. Every page is rendered as a thumbnail — larger documents take a moment.
Drag pages into order
Drag any thumbnail to a new position. The label under each page shows its new position and where it came from.
Remove unwanted pages
Use the bin icon on a thumbnail to leave that page out of the rebuilt document.
Apply and download
Click Apply new order. The rebuilt PDF downloads immediately.
Organize Pages: details and limits
Reordering is lossless — pages are copied into their new positions, never re-rendered.
The "(was 4)" label under a moved page tells you its original position, so you can always find your way back.
Reset restores the original arrangement instantly if you lose track.
Thumbnails are rendered on your device with pdf.js. Nothing about the document, including its preview images, leaves your browser.
